  • Getting ready for the new Term

    1. Backup & Restore any courses you wish to run next term without any usernames or user files in.
    2. Let Geoff Rebbeck know if you want any courses deleted. Megan Booker, Kirsty Bryant, Sue Houston & Jo Walter can also help you with this.
    3. Courseleaders need to let me know when courses are prepared and I can move them to their new divisions.
    4. If you just want to carry on your course and there is no or little activity from learners, you can simply 'unassign' their roles
    5. Last year's categories shown beneath 'College Life' will be hidden from the beginning of September but still accessible if required then removed completely around the end of October. They are currently only available to tutors
    6. College Life category will stay so you may not need to do anything if your community is already in there wink 
    7. Any help needed call 5560 or call in to the Learning Lab
